Sajeewa Witharana

Founder / Managing Director

Sajeewa brings 30 years of managerial experience, having served as a Chief Turnaround Officer, Chief Operational Officer, Director, and General Manager in leading manufacturing ventures spanning the USA, Europe, and Asia. He has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in marketing, financial management, product innovation, technical integration, production control, and quality assurance. This wealth of experience was acquired during different intervals at MAS Holdings (Active/Kreeda, Bodyline), AmSafe Inc, Freshtex Inc (Philippines), New Zealand Milk, MAS Akshaya (India), and Ananta:Z&Z Intimates (Bangladesh). As a business transformation expert in the application of Lean Six Sigma, Sajeewa has undergone training in Japan, the USA, the UK, and Singapore on business excellence. Sajeewa is backed by a deep understanding of products such as Lingerie, Active Wear, Kids' apparel, and Wash/Dye. Additionally, he has played a crucial role in the product migration process, transferring expertise from the USA/UK to Asia in engineered textile OEM for Aviation and Medical Textile production

Director Marketing & Business Development

Anuradha is an apparel merchandising professional with over 20 years of experience. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in supply chain management, product development, and product cost control, catering to customers in the USA, Europe, and the UAE. She has worked at different intervals in CCL, MGF, Brandix, and Hidramani, holding positions in Merchandising and Marketing. She has successfully managed product developments leading up to launches, covering a range of items including Lingerie, Active Wear, Kids' apparel, and Wash/Dye
